The telecommunications industry is expanding at a very rapid pace with a variety of new and innovative services becoming available in the market everyday. MIC has identified the demand in the market for a key service called Tele-Chat service. There are various telecom companies that provide services that enable two parties to connect and talk to each other and at the most having one more member to have Three party conference. But a lot of individuals and businesses need multi-way calling or multi-party conference, where multiple people sitting across the globe and talk to each other at the same time. The various parties involved in the conference might be native users that use a regular telephone to communicate as well as sophisticated users that use telephony software on a computer in order to communicate within the Tele-Chat service offered by Tele Conference System.

All the pre-registered users will be allotted CIN (Conference Identity Numbers) numbers for the required number of Parties per conference, required length of the Talk Time and for the required validity period. The purchasers of the CIN numbers can inform those CIN numbers to the relevant members, colleagues and friends with whom they want to have conference. The conference initiator may inform about the conference timings to all the members through e-Mail, SMS either separately or through Tele-Conference Server. The conference initiator has to register the contact telephone numbers and/or e-Mail Ids such that system sends the relevant e-Mails / SIMs messages with information about the conference with timings, number to be called, CIN number, initiator details and details of other members.

The system logs all the statistics of the calls for each of the conferences. The system observes for the CHARGE level for the pre-paid Talk-time, while the conference is happening and system warns the users of the respective conference about the completion of talk-time. If the conference initiator may re-charge and purchase another CIN number for further conferences. The same conference service can also be available on post-paid charge basis based on the usage of the conference resources.
