Video Management Software and Event Scheduler Software are key components in the Networked Displays solution. Video Management Software provides the end-user for the better management of the variant Video Input sources like VCD Player, DVD Player, Digital Data Content Store, Live video from DTH, video cameras. It provides all REMOTE management of Video Data. It also supports Video Data Processing functions for efficient compression techniques for the optimized bandwidth usage, when Video Data Streaming is needed for on-line Video Transmission to multiple places. Event Scheduler Software provides all the necessary tools for scheduling different display items at pre-defined timings. This is the main software which enables the Agency to operate the network of display products ( LED and / or LCD ) mainly in handling the advertisement content from different parties of different durations. This tool provides both Central Scheduling and Site specific scheduling. This scheduler software maintains the audit log of the itemized billing information for each of the Networked Displays for each item being displayed. This audit log which contains itemized usage information enables the Agency to generate the Usage Based Billing to each of its clients. Further management of payment details and discount details are optional items features.

Display-NMS software is mainly to manage (Fault & Alarm Management, Configuration Management, Health Diagnosis) each of the Display System (LED/LCD) through the Display Control Units. In addition it also manages the different Network Elements, which form the Data Communication Network (DCN), as majority of the Network Elements are of SNMP compliant.
